We use Australia post to ship our packages worldwide.

Does Phoenix Rd offer worldwide shipping?
Currently we only ship to Australia, NZ and North America.

Product
How do I return my product?
Please note, we do not offer change of mind returns. If you've received a size that does not fit, please email info@phoenixrdthelabel.com within 7 days and we will issue you with a store credit to replace.
How do I care for my product?
With the intention of our pieces to be passed down to generation, we advise you to gently hand or machine wash garments in cold water and line dry in the shade. Warm iron or garment steamer to gently smooth out creases if needed.
Will you be restocking?
All Phoenix Rd pieces are produced in limited quantities. Once an item sells out, we won't be restocking. Styles may be released in future drops in new colourways, so if there is a piece you love, keep an eye out on future collections.
I have received a faulty item, what next?
We take great care in quality-checking every item before it leaves our hands. If you believe you've received a faulty item, please email us at info@phoenixrdthelabel.com with:

Our garments are produced at a certified manufactured in China who we have a wonderful relationship with.
