Returns Policy

At Phoenix Rd, every piece is created in limited quantities and quality checked prior to dispatch. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If your size isn't quite right, we're happy to offer a store credit or exchange in line with the policy below.

 

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. We recommend trying your pieces on as soon as they arrive.

 

What Can Be Returned

To be eligible for a return, your item must be: unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags still attached, in its original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

Your Return Options

Once your return has been approved, you'll have two options:

Store Credit: A digital credit code to use on your next Phoenix Rd order, valid for 12 months.
Exchange: If you'd like to exchange for a different size or style, return the original item and we'll send the replacement once we've received and inspected it.

Please note: all refunds will be issued as store credit only.

 

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at info@phoenixrdthelabel.com with your order number along with the reason for your return. If your return is approved, we'll reply with the address for returns and next steps. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Return Postage

Return postage is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked Australia Post service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Processing Times

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether it has been approved. Approved store credits are issued within 10 business days of inspection.
